Navigating the maze of treatment options for a child or loved one struggling with substance use or mental health can feel overwhelming. I know this journey both personally and professionally — as a youth, my own family searched for help, and as a counselor I’ve guided families through the same challenges for over a decade and a half.
That dual perspective means I understand what works and what doesn’t in treatment. Having working inside as well as led and operated detox, residential, outpatient, and virtual programs, I know how these systems actually operate — from rules and regulations to day-to-day expectations and client and family rights. I can help you cut through polished marketing, decode complicated language, and ask the questions that reveal whether a program will truly support your loved one's growth and recovery.
Beyond placement and admissions guidance, I also provide ongoing support for parenting strategies, family communication, and interventions. My solution-focused, evidence-based approach helps families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we can chart a clear path through the confusion and toward healing.
