Drew Dutton brings over a decade and a half of leadership experience in substance use and mental health services, including roles as CEO, COO, and clinical director. He partners with organizations to strengthen programming, improve outcomes, and develop effective leaders.

In addition to his leadership background, Drew serves as a professor of addictions counseling and provides tailored trainings on substance use, mental health, and treatment modalities for individual, family, outpatient, and residential care settings. He has presented at statewide and national conferences, served as a university lecturer, and contributed to national strategic initiatives in the behavioral health field.
Drew holds master’s degrees in Professional Counseling, Business Administration, and Applied Positive Psychology. His unique combination of clinical, business, and strengths-based expertise allows him to deliver consulting that is both practical and innovative.
