Drew Dutton has been providing clinical supervision to Master’s-level clinicians since 2013. He has supervised practicum students, outpatient and residential staff, and entire clinical departments, while also consulting nationally with universities and organizations.
As an adjunct professor of addictions counseling at Texas Christian University and the University of Mary, Drew brings both academic and practical expertise. His supervision is rooted in a solution-focused, strengths-based approach that integrates positive psychology principles. Clinicians are encouraged to explore outside their comfort zones, develop their professional identity, and grow into well-rounded counselors prepared for the next stage of their careers.
Drew is passionate about developing clinicians and emerging leaders. With extensive experience as a clinical manager, program director, regional director, clinical director, vice president, COO, and CEO in substance use and mental health programs, he offers supervision that goes beyond case discussion, preparing counselors for both clinical excellence and leadership opportunities.
